Status: Hardy Boys

Wrote during three focused 25-minute chunks (okay, maybe the second one got interrupted by a cheese-and-crackers mission) thanks to Freedom and now I have a 4,600-word first draft. High fives and back pats all around. A bit shorter than I'd anticipated but a story is only as long as it needs to be to tell it. Maybe it'll get longer during revisions, maybe it won't. The important thing is: draft! I feel like I should have a little service bell on the table to ring.
